Seale & Associates was retained by the family owners of INMAGUSA, a leading Mexican truck frame rails and metal components manufacturer, to advise on valuation and strategic alternatives, which eventually resulted in a divestiture process.
Seale conducted a valuation of the Company and evaluated a range of strategic alternatives for its shareholders. Ultimately, the shareholders chose to divest the business, and Seale identified and engaged with leading global companies that were a strategic fit.
The process resulted in the successful acquisition of INMAGUSA by IOCHPE-MAXION for US$195m, which became the Mexico manufacturing platform for growth and expansion in the NAFTA market.
